If you’re a positive person there’s no effort from your side to be positive.

Being positive is just you.

You don’t have to strive to be you.

You are you already.

It’s the same for everyone.

So what? You say?

What if you want to be a better you?

Knock yourself out.

But be careful.

You might have to strive to be better.

That will cost you energy.

Not someone else’s energy, it will cost you your energy.

And when you fail to be something other than what you are,

Well, that can be painful.

This doesn’t mean we can’t change our habits.

I changed my diet several years ago and my new diet has become a habit.

But that has nothing to do with my vastness.

That has nothing to do with my understanding of my vastness.

And being positive or not doesn’t matter in that regard one iota.

Knowing what you are?

That matters.

If you think of yourself in terms like “I’m positive,” or

“I’m moody,” then you’re not thinking straight.

You can have any thought you want,

But you can’t think about your vastness.

You are already vastness.

It’s the same for everyone.
